- We offer an exclusive range of plans, which if required, can be modified in part to suit your individual requirements. However, if you do not see your dream home within our existing collection, we can custom design your new home to suit your site and requirements.
- Our full build service is exactly that. This includes managing all Council and Building Consents. If required, we can also talk to you about finance options for your new home.
To keep you in the loop throughout the build process we provide weekly progress meetings.

Our Commitment to Providing Clear Upfront Pricings
- With our approach, cost overruns are minimised. From the start we provide a fixed cost for your build, with minimal use of P.C. Sums (Provisional Cost Sums).
- For each home we build, we take the time to clearly know the exact cost of the build. This includes all the fixtures and fittings for your chosen plan. Any variations that you request are quoted prior to commencement. With this approach, this gives you budget certainty.
Our Commitment to Providing a Timely Build
We appreciate that most of our customers are keen to move into their new home. With our expertise, the typical build time for many of our house plans is less than 6 months.
This relates to the on-site build time, once all the consents and permissions have been acquired.
